I like to challenge myself creatively. There are many different forms of storytelling I’d like to embark on, but you need a story first.
On one random September evening, while doing homework and listening to music at a nearby Borders cafe, a song came on that stirred my imagination so much I couldn’t let it go. Through the melody and rumbling bass, I saw a little figure with curly blonde hair and a crystal blue dress with a voluminous daisy petal skirt, standing in a spotlight and looking up, her little hands trying to catch the falling specks of stardust that showered her like snow.
Ever since that evening, I’ve grown hopelessly infatuated with the girl from my imagination. I couldn’t imagine living with myself without letting this character flourish to her full potential. So since that evening, two years later, I’ve given her a name, a brother, a journey, and a purpose.
