Having read and enjoyed all four of the Rialdo Kane series. I woud say that it is best to start with the first in the series, "The Key to Dying", this gives you an insight into the various characters. Each one of the books has an excellent twist at the end.

Not bad, but it didn't hold me.

The writing of ' A Burning Hatred' is clear and concise, and the dialogue between the characters is believable but, this lacked something. There is hardly any descriptive text to offset the endless dialouge. This reader could not connect with any of the characters - they all came across as quite bland. Sorry, this did not do it for me. A disappointing read.

    very interesting particularly 'nobby'

Short stories are good, I liked one in particular, bullying even years after can leave scars
