There's nowt wrong with 'I/we don't know, sorry' but of course that should then be followed up then or later with 'we'll look into it'. But my questions and at least one other from someone else (on this issue), have been left hanging. So, to recap : you seem to advise that OO Draw generated PDFs are a good substitute for those who cannot save to that X etc extension, is this correct? Or do you mean it's ok to generate a PDF, but the PDF will still need to be saved as stated? Cheers. John (more)
