I had a look at the analytics tab. It worked but didn't provide too much information. I've requested a manual conversion to see if the boffins can sort it out. My computer knowledge isn't the best; I just push the buttons and the letters come out. On another note, a good friend of mine is a life long Leeds supporter (not a bad effort for guy from Cardiff!).
