About me

I was born in Bristol in 1948. I am now semi-retired and enjoy playing golf (badly,) films, books and traveling. I have spent most of my working life in the antique trade, mainly as a restorer, and when younger, I was a semi-professional magician and a solo glider pilot.

I have written three reference books on antiques and woodwork, all now, sadly out of print, and have just completed my first work of fiction, which is almost ready to be published. My book is a crime thriller, and tells the story of how an ordinary man reacts, when he and his family are threatened by ruthless killers. I am currently trying to find the cheapest way to have it proof read and copy edited.
