I have just brought out the e-book version of Social Media for Real Businesses. My question is how well are other authors doing with these e-book / kindle versions?

How successful are the rest of you being with e-book versions for kindles and mobile phones. Are they boosting sales of the paperback – what is the most effective channel in your experience?

Does ‘eBook distribution’ in my publishing plan mean my book is automatically available in eBook format or do I need to do something else to make this available?
