Does ‘eBook distribution’ in my publishing plan mean my book is automatically available in eBook format or do I need to do something else to make this available?

I noticed that my novel that I have published here is available through other sellers on amazon – the book depository, aphrohead books and super book deals, where are they getting copies of my book…

My book was released on 15/09/2011 to the wholesale catalogues etc and appears on Amazon but with the proof copy cover. How long will it take to correct this and change the condition to ‘available’…
