When making the book available as an ebook does this affect the availabilty of the paperback version? Also does it detract from publishers credits?
Finally, can it keep the same ISBN?

Should I include a Copyright page, and what information should be on it?

Hi again,

Does the system generate the copyright page once the manuscript has been uploaded or do I have to have one already written, which I then modify with the publisher information, ISBN etc…

I plan to market my book in the UK and USA simultaneously. Will I need two separate ISBNs? If so, can I buy them both here in the UK?
