    Hi,

I’m trying to upload an updated version of my MS. At first it said “unable to convert your MS”. I accepted that it might be to do with the formatting changes I’d made so I went back into the MS, jigged things about again then set about uploading again. However, as soon as I navigated to the MS upload page the error message was still displayed at the top.

Sooo…. firstly, I went out of that page and back through the process but again, as soon as I reached the upload page, the error message was still there.

Next, I logged out of the website and back in – but still it was there.

Then I rebooted my computer and logged back in – still there.

I’m pretty technically minded and so have no problem changing one thing at a time on the MS to see where it fails the process – however, I can’t do this if every time I go to the page the error message is displaying before I’ve even started!

I really don’t need to pay and extra £10 for you to do it for me as I know where the glitches are likely to be but until I know exactly WHICH glitch is causing the problem, I can’t fix it!

    Ideas?

OK – update to this. I’ve tried re-uploading the original MS that has already been approved and printed to test the system. It does the same thing for that! I waited 30 mins but it still says “in the queue for conversion” and at the top the error message is displayed saying “unable to convert your MS”.

      Frustrating!

      Hi Alex,

Your book as converted now. I’m going to run some tests tomorrow to see what the hold up was.

      Thanks Oli!

I’ve just taken a look and the MS that’s currently uploaded is the previous one. I’m presuming that’s because it was the last try that I had to get the site working.

Later today I’ll try the updated version again and see if it works. Thanks again.

    • Hi Alex,

I wanted to follow up and check everything is OK now. If there is anything else let me know and I’ll take a look.
