I am on the most expensive tariff for publishing. The marketing and distribution situations for my books are being unchecked can someone explain why this is please.

We did an update to our website a couple of months back which changed the interface for approval for book distribution. This meant that some books which previously had been approved came up as needing confirmation of approval. We went through most of them to update, but some may have slipped through. I’ll go back to check on your admin pages. But I’ve checked and your books are definitely on the distribution catalogue – apologies for any confusion.
