    Hello Oli et al

I’ve made two corrections to my manuscript today (version 1 May 2012) and re-uploaded it, but the message I get is that the manuscript cannot be converted (I think it might have got stuck in the queue or something).

The message “in the queue for conversion” is taking a long time.

The problem is that I know my friends have been buying the book today.
I can still see the previous bookstreamer version (27 April 2012) – does it mean that they would get that version printed? Is there any way that the new upload can clear today (the format is exactly like its predecessor).

    Please let me know

    Many thanks as usual
    Piera :)

      Hi Piera,

Don’t worry, nothing will affect your ‘live’ book unless the Book Creator is ‘published’ by completing the process. This means no matter what you do in the Book Creator your book will always be available for purchase.

Your book creator has also been processed now.

      Hope that helps,

      Oli
