Publishing Hub: cant access new isbn

    I have pro plan and have updated my novel. The new version of the novel has now been updated and has been accepted on the system but the isbn stage of the publishing page does not appear. How can this be resolved? How can I add a new isbn number to my novel – or does the old one get re-allocated. All I have changed in this edition is four small errors.

      Hi Christine,
      I have reallocated your ISBN to this book. The reason why it disappeared is that you created a new version of your book, rather than editing the existing version. In future, if you have revisions to make, click to ‘Manage’ your book rather than create a new edition, and then click through to the Book Creator. This will allow you to re-upload a manuscript or cover. Once you have made the adjustments you can continue to the end of the book creator and click ‘Finish’ and your changes will be made live.
