Publishing Hub: Book never delivered

    I ordered the proof copy of my book on 28th February, it was dispatched on 5th March and still hasn’t arrived.
    I have messaged the CN team through my orders page TWICE and have not had a response. So I decided to add a question here in the hope of getting a reply.
    The book was sent by standard parcel so there is no way to track it. What I need is a replacement copy, please.
    I am out ₤7.87 and can not move forward with my publication as I haven’t received the proof copy to approve!
    I’d appreciate someone answering my messages, and helping with this situation.
