CN Central: Conversion issues

Hi there – I have been trying to convert my manuscript since Sunday and have also taken out the premium plan!!
I can upload my manuscript but when it goes to convert it just stays converting and doesnt finish. I have left it running a couple of times for an hour or so.
I have also emailed but havnt heard back.
Would really appreciate some assistance please.

I dont mind paying to have it converted – just under a bit of time pressure and if I have done something wrong with the manuscript so the converter didnt like it – would be a good learning curve if someone could tell me what it is?
