I have recently edited my original novel and uploaded it successfully as an updated version. When I ordered the proof copy I was sent the original copy and not the updated one. How can I delete the original – I don’t want to put it in the public domain until I have successfully approved the proof copy. How can I make sure that the copy I order will be the correct one? I have checked the online copy and it is still the original edition and not the updated one.

      Hi Christine,
When you place an order after updating your book you should get the updated version. There is a chance that if you had already selected the book and opened the order before you published the changes then the order would have contained the older version reference number, even if you completed the order after you published. However, we will definitely look into this and get back to you.
      Best wishes,

      Georgina

Thanks Georgina. I have checked the online version several times, the latest a few minutes ago and it is still the original version and not the updated one. I don’t want to go any further with this until I am sure that the one on sale will be the correct one. Have you had a chance to look into this yet?
      Many thanks
      Christine
