I uploaded a manuscript, paid extra for formatting and duly received my new version with some suggestions that I followed.
Every time I try to upload the new version I get a message saying that the manuscript can’t be uploaded as it has 327 pages.
My previous manuscript had 327 pages, my new version, formatted by CN and amended according to their recommendations, has 288 – the uploader simply doesn’t seem to be recognising my new manuscript.
This is frustrating enough, but there are no help sections I can find on the site that address this issue, no-one seems to be answering e-mails. Indeed the most efficient element of the site I have encountered so far is the collection of money…
I am very disappointed as I selected CN after a lot of research – beginning to wonder if I didn’t delve enough…

Sorry to hear that you had trouble with your manuscript and we couldn’t get back to you sooner. I’ve just emailed you with some suggestions…it looks like it is an issue with Word for the Mac, which is messing up the page size and therefore being rejected by our system. We’ll get to the bottom of the problem as help you get your book published as soon as we can!
