Is the CN uploader/converter down at the moment? I have been trying for three days to upload my file but with no success. No dialogue boxes, just the – your file is being uploaded. Left it running for three hours now, still nothing and the upload bar hasn’t moved at all. Any suggestions?

Hi Romanie,

The converter is working fine at the moment but we haven’t received a file. Upload normally doesn’t take any longer than 20 minutes depending on the size of your file and internet connection speed.

It is also worth mentioning that the uploader requires both the flash plugin installed and JavaScript to be enabled in your browser.

If you are using an older web browser such as Internet explorer 6 or older then it is worth upgrading to a better browser such as google chrome or firefox.
