CN Central: How long is the conversion queue?

    My document has been in the queue for conversion for over an hour now. Is this normal or do I need to retry it? I don’t want to start the process all over again only to find out that this is simply as long as it takes.

      We did a bit of maintenance of the document converter today which caused the queue to back up a bit. Should be processed now. Let me know if it isn’t.
