My book was released on 15/09/2011 to the wholesale catalogues etc and appears on Amazon but with the proof copy cover. How long will it take to correct this and change the condition to ‘available’ and when will it become available as an ebook?

CompletelyNovel automatically feeds book details to the ISBN database every week, which includes the cover, then other distributors such as Amazon pick up these details from the ISBN database. Therefore it can take a few weeks for changes to filter through as everyone updates their database, so it should change soon.
If you wish to make your book available as an ebook, you have to set up a new ebook edition in your portfolio as the filetypes and parameteers are sligtly different to print-on-demand books. Then you can make this available on Amazon through Kindle. See these questions and answers for more details on that.

Using the information on the questions I believe I have set up my book on Amazon but it was not through my portfolio it was solely through Amazon! When I go to my portfolio I can not see how to set up an ebook on CN. Can you help please?
Hi David,
You can go into My Portfolio, click on ‘Manage Editions’ for the book that you want a new edition of and then on the top right of the next screen which lists your editions, you can click on the ‘New Edition’ button. This then brings up a new window where you can add the details for your next edition and select whether it is an ebook or paperback.
