John Haines

We are father and daughter, John and Alexandra Haines. This is our first (‘and the last’ – ‘oh come on now, put on a united front’) collaboration, and as a result, ‘Words’ is a book of verses, lyrics, jokes and musings. The book has a quirky feel to it due to the contrasting styles. To finish with a Bilboism – not all the verses will appeal to all, although all verses will appeal to some, and some verses will appeal to all, and …. blow it, you get my (‘our, Daddyo, our!’) you get OUR drift.
