I started writing poems many years ago in a little black book. I wrote about my grand children, family and also wrote humorous ones, special occasions, my life and about the countryside as I grew up in the castle grounds in Windsor which I thought was idyllic and a little community all of its own. I gave the black book to my granddaughter for her 18th birthday after her birthday we decided to get the poems printed as I had written about so many people and special occasions over the years and also I have taken up photography and could combine poems with pictures.
