Thanks for your input here, this makes things a bit clearer and I do agree with all the points you make. I have teenage children myself and I must admit that I have been observing how they consume ‘digital content’, it’s daily and I don’t think that is ever going to change for younger generations going forward now. In fact my daughters have already mentioned to me about using Facebook as a medium to generate awareness of the book and it is something I’m looking in to and researching at the moment. I do think social networking will have a part to play and I guess it should also help me find organisations for groups of younger people with a bit of hard work and research.
