Well what a surprise!

How long is it? 50 years?

I heard you were a councillor and still living at Tennyson Avenue but that was a few years ago now.

What are you up to nowadays? I spent 30 odd years in the building game [carpenter] but eventually had to give it up for health reasons so took myself off to University. Did an Access course to get in and then a degree…waste of time actually, all I learnt was how narrow minded and blinkered some of the academics were…I did say some, however, guess I was just unlucky.Managed a 2:1 out of it however.

The books I refer to are the product of circa 25 years research and as I state on the site, even though they have been appreciated the subject area is out of fashion…story of my life!

Happily married, 36 years this year…Gill is in architecture so when she moans about work I known what she is talking about, likewise a few years ago when the situation was reversed. A little understanding goes a long way.

Its good to find someone from way back when we were kids, I dont see anyone these days, living at Pontywaun now, just up the valley from Risca after 32 years in Rogerstone.

Looking forward to catching up.

Are you reading, writing or both? I haven’t had much time recently to read much unfortunately, too busy, but in a few months hope to have more time for such pursuits, I have a pile of philosophy works that are crying out for my attention and some ideas for another book but all requires time…
