    Chocolates and tissues indeed! I think you capture the frustration [and excitement] of being a writer and address the question of ‘why bother’ in a humorous and down-to-earth way- been there, done that and…it’s still worthwhile. CompletelyNovel is a good place to start and I fully support this site. Where else are we all to start? Know exactly what you mean about a second skin – and a third one sometimes as a spare!! Hope your batting average continues to improve. I am sure it will.
