Just wanted to write a quick note to say that we are aware that a few people from the US have been having difficulty paying for books with their credit cards. I wanted to let you know that we have contacted PayPal about the issue and hope that they will help us resolve it very soon.
In the meantime, it is still possible to pay for books on CompletelyNovel. You can either try and pay using your PayPal account, or if you prefer you can contact me directly at anna@completelynovel.com and I will send you an invoice or we can discuss alternative ways to pay.
